Chestnut Macarons

Our master pastry chef creates our delicious chestnut macaroons at our biscuit factory in Prades, a stone's throw from the Confiturerie. We only use simple, quality products in order to preserve the flavor and authenticity of our recipes. Chestnut flour, icing sugar, egg white and ground almonds are the main ingredients of these regional products.
