SOFT ADISSAN AOP Clairette du Languedoc For a very long time, Clairette has been vinified as a sweet wine. And this wine, known since Pliny the Elder, was the delight of the court of the kings of France (National Library, Manuscript F.20.486). Grape variety and terroir: It is a 100% Clairette that is harvested from the second half of October so that the grapes are fully ripe. There is naturally 43gr of residual sugar. The vines grow in a strict Mediterranean climate, on stony Villafranchian terraces. Tasting: Sweet white wine with a honeyed nose, the mouth is round and supple, the subtle balance of this wine allows you to appreciate its sweet character while keeping a harmonious and mineral finish. To be enjoyed as an aperitif, as a starter with foie gras or as a dessert with pastries.
