La Coccinelle is a committed, artisanal brand, born in the heart of Livradois-Forez, a preserved region between mountains, forests and meadows of Auvergne. I am a producer-gatherer of aromatic and medicinal plants, which I cultivate on my plot using organic farming and which I harvest from the wild around my home, respecting the rhythm of the seasons and the living.
I grow, pick and process the plants myself in small series, in my workshop. Each product – organic herbal teas, cooking herbs, flavored salts, infused vinegars, plant syrups – is the fruit of artisanal know-how and a strong connection with the land. I define myself as a creator of natural flavors, inspired by the tradition of simplicity, by the nature that surrounds me and by the desire to transmit taste and meaning.
My products are aimed at delicatessens, herbalists, organic shops, committed concept stores, local shops and restaurants looking for artisanal, local, organic products with a story to tell.
At La Coccinelle, we keep things simple, but with care.
We cultivate on a small scale, we process by hand, we work with the weather, the soil we have, the plant as it grows. We believe in local species, in authentic tastes, in the beauty of homemade gestures. And we love collaborating with those who, like us, want to offer something different to their customers: something good, organic, and sincere.
