Aged in oak barrels that previously held Cognac, Gastronomic Vinegars are milder than simple vinegars, and (balsamic) Balms are milder than vinegar. Whether for seasoning, reducing, deglazing or enhancing a dish or dessert, its sweet and sour aroma will enhance your recipes. Our products enhance flavors and can also be enjoyed with oysters and shellfish, and are used in the composition of cocktails.
