Bouteville - The Apple From harvesting the apples to refining in the cellar, our artisanal know-how sublimates all the aromas of the Belchard apple from Charente orchards. This apple vinegar is aged in French oak barrels to reveal its structure, and refined in chestnut barrels to transmit finesse and elegance, thus offering a product with a unique character. The sweet fruity and woody notes go wonderfully with sautéed vegetables, salads, aged cheeses and a cocktail ingredient!
