Our calissons are made in our workshop in Puyricard with organic melon from Provence, blanched almonds from the Mediterranean basin and candied fruit.
All finely crushed according to pure tradition, placed on a bed of hosts then delicately topped with royal icing.
It offers a rich flavor mixing almond and candied fruits.We offer you through this assortment rich flavors mixing all our different calisson flavors (traditional, lavender, lemon, fig, blackcurrant and chocolate-hazelnut)
