We favor local producers in order to limit the carbon footprint of our raw materials and work in an artisanal way: our fruits are cooked in copper cauldrons, in small quantities. We have reproduced in our jars a real moment of authenticity (BIOS jams made with 60% fruit, sugar content for 100 grs of net product 55% fruit sugar and added sugar)
