La Confiture d'Albert, THE NATURAL jam, made exclusively from organic fruits, almost all from France, unrefined organic sugar and organic lemon juice, no additives or gelling agents to keep the true taste of the fruit as our grandparents prepared it.
We favor local producers in order to limit the carbon footprint of our raw materials and work in an artisanal way: our fruits are cooked in copper cauldrons, in small quantities.We have reproduced in our pots a real moment of authenticity (BIO jams made with 60% fruit, sugar content per 100g of net product 55% fruit sugar and added sugar)
