La Confiture d'Albert, THE NATURE jam, only made from organic fruits from France, unrefined organic sugar and organic lemon juice, no additives or gelling agents to keep the true taste of the fruit as our grandparents prepared it .
We favor local producers in order to limit the carbon footprint of our raw materials and work in an artisanal way: our fruits are cooked in copper cauldrons, in small quantities. We have reproduced in our jars a real moment of authenticity (BIOS jams made with 60% fruit, sugar content for 100 grs of net product 55% fruit sugar and added sugar)
