La Confiture d'Albert, THE NATURE jam, made exclusively from organic fruit, unrefined organic sugar and organic lemon juice, with no additives or gelling agents to preserve the true taste of the fruit, just as our grandparents used to prepare it in a copper cauldron.
We favor local producers and work in an artisanal way: our fruits are cooked in small quantities. We have reproduced in our jars a real moment of authenticity (organic jams made with 60% fruit, sugar content per 100g of net product 55% fruit sugar and added sugar).
