Apricot is rich in vitamins B1, B2 and C as well as mineral salts (notably phosphorus and magnesium). It is also an excellent source of fiber. It is a light fruit with a low calorie intake (47 Kcal/100g). Total sugar content (added sugar + fruit sugar) approximately 55g per 100g. Shelf life 3 years after the date of manufacture, as long as the jar is not opened. Preferably keep refrigerated after opening.
