Blackcurrant jam "black Burgundy"

The Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrant is a low-sweet fruit. It is very rich in fiber and minerals, but also in vitamins, especially vitamin C. Total sugar content (added sugar + fruit sugar) about 55 g per 100 g. Shelf life 3 years after the date of manufacture, as long as the jar is not opened. Store preferably in a cool place after opening.
