Lemon Jam from Menton 250g

Menton lemon jam is made from fresh citrus fruits rich in vitamin C. Our yellow lemon marmalade with beautiful thin slices of peel has a tonic and intense taste. The Menton lemon is juicier. Its bark, rich in essential oils, is very fragrant and gives off a scent of fresh lemongrass. In the Menton region, lemon trees grow in a mountainous environment that is difficult to access. Cultivation is therefore not industrialized, maintenance and harvesting are done by hand. The harvested lemons are therefore of better quality and are more fragrant.
