Clementine jam from Corsica 250g

A sweet flavor, very little bitter, it looks a bit like orange jam. A marmalade with melting peels. Total sugar content (added sugar + fruit sugar) approximately 55 g per 100 g. Shelf life 3 years after the date of manufacture, as long as the jar is not opened. Preferably keep refrigerated after opening.
