Mirabelles de Lorraine jam 250g

The mirabelle plum is rich in fiber, especially pectin. This variety of plums is also energetic (60kcal/100g) and rich in sugars. Total sugar content (added sugar + fruit sugar) about 55 g per 100 g. Shelf life 3 years after the date of manufacture, as long as the jar is not opened. Store preferably in a cool place after opening.
