Wild blueberry jam from the Massif Central

Blueberries are one of the fruits richest in antioxidants. It is also very rich in fiber. Compared to other berries, the blueberry is low in sugar and low in calories. Total sugar content (added sugar + fruit sugar) about 55 g per 100 g. Shelf life 3 years after the date of manufacture, as long as the jar is not opened. Store preferably in a cool place after opening.
