Sweet orange jam

This marmalade is very slightly bitter and melting. The peels are candied and soft. Total sugar content (added sugar + fruit sugar) about 55 g per 100 g. Shelf life 3 years after the date of manufacture, as long as the jar is not opened. Store preferably in a cool place after opening.
