Rhone Valley Blood Peach Jam

Blood peach has a moderate energy intake: 40 kcal/100 g. It is also very rich in minerals, potassium in particular but also phosphorus and magnesium. It is especially a good source of provitamin A and, to a lesser extent, vitamin C. Total sugar content (added sugar + fruit sugar) about 55 g per 100 g. Shelf life 3 years after the date of manufacture, as long as the jar is not opened. Store preferably in a cool place after opening.
