Like a tangy candy, this melting jelly with the good taste of orange juice, lime juice and maracuja juice, is enhanced with lime zest and finely ground Andaliman berries. Without the citrus peels which add bitterness, this jam will please young and old gourmands alike. Our Sparkling jam was awarded the Best Of 2023 prize at the Gourmet Selection trade fair in Paris.
