What is the secret of our delicious Williams pear jam? Our jam makers add the grains of a whole vanilla pod! A subtle blend full of sweetness between Williams pear and Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. Total sugar content (added sugar + fruit sugar) about 55 g per 100 g. Shelf life 3 years after the date of manufacture, as long as the jar is not opened. Store preferably in a cool place after opening.
