What is the secret to our delicious Williams pear jam? Our jam makers add the seeds of a whole vanilla pod! A subtle blend full of sweetness between Williams pear and Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. Total sugar content (added sugar + fruit sugar) approximately 55 g per 100 g. Shelf life 3 years after the date of manufacture, as long as the jar is not opened. HAS preferably keep cool after opening.
