Sublime “Cheri Cherry” jam 230g

A light jam 100% made from fruit, always mixing two varieties of cherries, one tangy: morello cherry, the other sweeter but very fragrant. In this new fructose recipe, you find the good fruit taste of your favorite jam with a lower sugar level. This fructose jam goes well with both sweet and savory foods. Why deprive yourself of cherries? They have the reputation of being too sweet for diets, but in jam, we measure the Brix rate so as not to exceed 42°, and it is the same for all fructose jams, i.e. 38 g per 100 g. So you can enjoy it like any other fruit. The morello cherry is a soft-fleshed cherry with a tangy flavor, the black cherry has a fairly firm, sweet and juicy red pulp. Cherries are popular for their diuretic properties. They contain vitamins A, B and C, are rich in mineral salts and have beneficial anti-oxidant properties.
