Pulpy Red Currant Jelly

This extra currant jelly is prepared with 62g of fruit per 100g of finished product. It is cooked in the old fashioned way in small quantities in a copper cauldron The gooseberry contains everything in average quantity: fibers, iron, minerals, vitamin C, beta-carotene. It is however very rich in flavonoids (it is excellent for skin renewal). Currants are very low in calories (33kcal/100g). Total sugar content (added sugar + fruit sugar) about 55 g per 100 g. Shelf life 3 years after the date of manufacture, as long as the jar is not opened. Store preferably in a cool place after opening.
