Small structure located in Congénies in the Gard, but with an efficient and responsive organization. We manufacture a wide range of products, in small quantities, with very high originality. Our production is totally artisanal: preparation and cooking "by hand" in small copper basins.
Our goal can be summed up in a few words: respect for an artisanal production method with the desire to bring a certain renewal to the recipes created. In total we have 7 ranges of jams from the most classic "Red fruits" or "Fruits of the orchard" to the most original "Pastry", "culinary" or "Intoxicating"; more than 80 recipes, all very tasty.
