La Cultivada is a family of high-end oils produced in-house on a fully organic and biodynamic farm located in the Cordovan countryside. La Cultivada, rooted in Cordoba, evokes with its pastel colors the tonalities of the countryside under the light, and represents the value of the Mediterranean lifestyle. We develop a biodynamic agriculture, which is not based on domination but on intuition and dialogue with the land. We produce three monovarietals and a blend called La Cultivada Quintaesencia. All highly awarded in national and international competitions. And, although paired with elaborated haute cuisine they go very well, La Cultivada triumphs where the quality of the raw material is prioritised, and it is a marvelous wild card in a simple kitchen since the elaboration of the juice itself already has such excellence that it allows us a result at the same height with little effort.
