Disturbed Flowers

Aperitif or digestive combining strength and sweetness, Dérangé Fleurs expresses aromas close to honey. Dérangé Fleurs is obtained by macerating Elder flowers (Sambucus nigra) and Mullein flowers (Verbascum thapsus) in apple alcohol from our orchards. After fermentation and distillation of our apples, the distillate was aged in a stainless steel barrel. Elderflower and Mullein flowers were then added for infusion. 30.60% vol. 50cl clear glass bottles. Bottling and labeling are done manually.
