The result is a tangy liqueur, with a hint of sweetness and the impression of eating fresh, sun-drenched fruit. The Cassis liqueur will accompany your desserts but will especially find its place for your kirs or your cocktails. The Distillery's blackcurrant liqueur is made from fruits picked by hand and at full maturity in our orchards. The fruits were then macerated in an organic wheat brandy for several weeks, before being pressed and then filtered. We then added a small amount of cane sugar to let the taste of the fruit express itself. 15.23% vol. 50cl clear glass bottles. Bottling and labeling are done manually.
