Buffalo Vodka

Buffalo grass imparts caramel and cinnamon notes to the alcohol. Both clean and delicious, this vodka can be drunk neat, refreshed by cooling it down, or in a cocktail or in the kitchen. Distillerie du Sonneur bison vodka is flavored with bison grass (Hierochloe odorata) grown organically on our land. The plants are picked by hand and macerated directly in 96% organic wheat brandy. Our production system allows the plants to pass very quickly from the field to the tank and thus preserve all the aromatic richness. 45% vol. Clear glass bottles of 50cl, 20cl. Bottling and labeling are done manually.
