LA DROGUERIE

We are La Droguerie, a French family business of fancy haberdashery since 1975.                               
                                           
In 1975, La Droguerie was born on rue du Jour in the Halles district of Paris. 
Initially opened by two handy friends, very quickly sisters and brother came to lend a hand, enjoyed "playing saleswoman" and remained part of the team. 
49 years later, the story still continues in the family.                               
                                           
We are known and recognized for our impressive color ranges, the abundance and quality of our products: a veritable Ali Baba's cave. 
Beads, buttons, knitting threads, ribbons, badges, fabrics, knitting and sewing patterns, jewelry accessories, stationery... 
We are essential in the world of Do It Yourself.                               
                                           
We imagine several collections each year depending on the season and fashion. 
Our concept is to share everything we love, that moves and that pleases!                               
                                           
In 1975, La Droguerie was opened rue du Jour in the Halles neighborhood of Paris by two friends hooked up on DIY projects. 
They were soon after joined by sisters and a brother to give out a helping hand. 
They loved “playing shop” so much that they ended up joining the team permanently. 
49 years later, our story is still a family story.
