This pattern is available in 2 lengths: a blouse or a dress open at the top of the back with snaps and buttons stitched on top. 
A gathered cutout above the chest front and back with a small “bumblebee” stitch on the edge. 
2 sleeve finishes are also available: simple hem or elasticated bottom sleeves. 
The belt is available for the dress version.
 The main difficulty is in adjusting the satin stitch (to do this, you have to set the machine to a very tight and very small zigzag stitch).
