Sewing pattern for the “Belloc” dress and bloomers

This pattern consists of a dress open at the shoulders with elastic straps and buttons. 
There are pleats on the front. 
For beautiful finishes, we sew a contrasting bias to the neckline, armholes and bottom of the dress. 
There is also a bloomer, with elastic at the waist and thighs.
