Sewing pattern for the “Ile de Ré” dress and blouse

A pattern to make into a dress or blouse. 
Rather loose straight cut, with chest darts. 
Blouse and dress with a simple Tunisian neckline. 
Inside, the shape is heat-sealed so that the collar holds well and the little V is edged on the bias. 
For our blouse version, we use a V-neck with a set collar. 
These two types of necklines can be worn on both dresses and blouses. 
The sleeves are long with a cutout and gathers above the elbow. 
This gives a puffed sleeve, elasticated at the wrist. 
For the dress, the skirt part is gathered and starts at the waist, with hidden pockets on the sides.
