Our craft beers are Nature et Progrès certified and organic, they are made with ingredients from organic and local farming.
The Dunoise adventure began in September 2016 when former luthier Florian Ploner decided to reorient himself towards beer manufacturing. Amateur brewer from a family passion, accompanying his father during his first brews since 2007. He then decided to create LA BFP family brewery Ploner in April 2017, and production began at the end of July of the same year. He was quickly joined by Benoit, the youngest of the family, a professional musician (Gold medal from the Metz Conservatory and inter-regional soloist prize) and having also trained in violin making.
Since 2023, Pascale has joined them, psychomotor therapist and graduate from the Paris plant school, she develops the “Mauvaises grains” drinks within the brewery. Drinks with little or no sugar, made from local and organic plant infusions.
So here they are in the adventure of the brewery with a noble motivation: to share their passion for beer, music and crafts in their admirable premises and to delight the palate, eyes and ears of all.your !
