Welcome to La Dunoise, a brewery committed to the production of certified organic craft beers. We pride ourselves on manufacturing our products with organic and locally sourced ingredients, reflecting our commitment to quality and sustainability.
History
The story of La Dunoise begins in September 2016, when Florian Ploner, a former luthier and passionate amateur brewer since 2007, decided to turn his love of beer into a professional activity. This is how the BFP was born in April 2017. Production began successfully at the end of July of the same year, marking the beginning of a wonderful artisanal adventure.
Expansions and Diversifications
In 2021, La Dunoise expanded thanks to the acquisition of a building in Milly sur Bradon. This new site has allowed us to diversify our activities while continuing our passion for craft drinks. We have thus integrated an apple pressing workshop and a distillation workshop, enriching our range of products and continuing to explore and innovate in the world of local drinks.
