Ham has been in our family for more than 70 years and three generations. Since we were little, we have walked among hams every time we visited our father at work. From him we learned not only to cure this delicacy, but to respect it as it deserves. We elaborate in a traditional way, with little salt and a lot of time, each piece with the care and affection that we profess to a product that for us tastes like family tradition. Protected by the Teruel PDO, we cure our hams in a natural drying room located almost 1,000 meters above sea level, with the dry and cold air of one of the areas with less population and more pure air in Spain: Teruel. Ham of fame throughout Spain, from this province we want to offer you a product with a mild flavor and deep aroma. A product that falls in love.
