 Distillation will concentrate the alcohols and hop aromas.     Our team selects beers for their qualities and aromatic potential. Once distilled, the Spirit is matured in barrels.     Each version differs in its raw material, its type of barrel and the duration of its aging. Limited number of bottles.     Tasting: Nose: intense, round and delicious. Notes of dried fruits and spices, elegant woody notes.     Mouth: rich and structured with aromas of honey and ripe fruit. A fresh and liquorice final note.
