 É aged for 3 years in barrels in our cellar, Chevreuse is a Single Malt which has a beautiful aromatic complexity and is distinguished by a gourmet balance.
 Aging in ex-bourbon barrels in American oak and in ex-vinaire barrels in French oak.     Brewed, distilled, aged and bottled at the Alcohol Factory.     Tasting: Nose: notes of vanilla, coconut, stewed fruits.     Mouth: a round attack with a slight note of vanilla which develops into notes of stewed red fruits.
