La Fabrique Cookies has always been committed to making cookies according to the rules of the art - gourmet, soft, tasty - while respecting the best quality standards. In other words, "like over there" cookies with "good here" know-how.
And so that our cookies offer you the best of themselves, the cookie dough is prepared every day (in our factory in Clichy, in the Paris region), then sent to shops, calibrated and prepared by hand, and finally baked. on the spot… to become delicious cookies.
And if our cookies are so good, it is (also) because we only put good things in them. Each ingredient is carefully and carefully selected for its quality, its taste ... and its French origin, even local when possible.
Our fresh butter is a Charentes-Poitou PDO. Our organic eggs come from open air farms in the south-east. Our flour, from Center Val de Loire, is made with wheat harvested less than 90km from the mill where it is produced. Our salted butter caramel comes from Isigny. Our Belgian chocolates are made from certified sustainable and fair trade cocoa. And so on. And of course: no artificial flavors or preservatives, no palm oil or margarine. 100% pure butter cookies.
These ingredients are showcased in a multitude of unique recipes, made by our pastry chefs.
Finally, our bag is made from 100% natural wood cellulose, with wood from sustainably managed forests. It is thus biodegradable and compostable at home.
