Fouace & Roquefort spread

Two essentials of Aveyron gastronomy: Fouace which brings sweetness and a hint of orange blossom and Roquefort, which needs no introduction.   We selected the s, one of the last independent cellars, made from sheep's milk collected around Rodez and in the Rougier de Marcillac, the one which gives its name to our small business 😉 The fouace is made by Maison Lavialle, based in Clairvaux for four generations.    Ingredients: sweet potatoes*, zucchini*, Roquefort Vieux Berger (18%), Fouace Clairvaux (8%) (flour, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, orange blossom flavor), pepper, Guérande salt* Recipe idea: Add a little cream or yogurt and you have a nice sauce to accompany meat, white or red.
