For more than three years, our terrines, rillettes and spreads have been cooked by a small team of enthusiasts, with raw materials sourced ultra-locally to guarantee the best possible quality.
Each of our creations highlights an exceptional Norman ingredient and at the same time the know-how and passion of a small partner producer. You will also find photos and descriptions of its breeders, fishermen and market gardeners on each of the lids of our jars.
