We are two farmers, Clémentine and Christophe. Located in Calvados in Normandy, less than 20 km from Caen, we have a 100% cereal farm.
We process some of these cereals on the farm, and we sell directly or through short supply chains, which allows us to control the entire chain.
At the moment, we sell four kinds of flour (wheat, ancient wheat, spelt and buckwheat) and rapeseed oil, processed on the farm from our cereals and oilseeds. 100% natural and preservative-free products, which we hope will appeal to you.
We have also been making sourdough bread on the farm since the beginning of January, using our ancient wheat flour and a bread flour also made from very ancient wheat varieties.
You can come and buy our products at the farm on Mondays from 11am to 6pm, and on Fridays from 11am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm. It is located in Saint Vaast sur Seulles, a path leading from the departmental road allows access to it. A sidewalk sign is present during opening hours and will allow you to locate it.
