Each distilled plant requires special knowledge and very specific equipment. Having the taste to experiment in order to offer the best of the plant, I strive to always seek quality.
I chose to work in an open way on what surrounds me, go to the simplest and let the plant flourish by itself. It's a whole balance that takes place; help them get started, take care of them, water them, a little, observe them, a lot. It is a balance that is specific to each farmer with his feelings and his story.
For my part, I have chosen to collaborate with the Nature et Progrès label with which I feel in agreement, in its agro-ecological approach and on a human level. An interesting approach for the younger generations of peasants seems to me to be, beyond a work practice, the respect of ecological agricultural standards.
Live this work in a fulfilling way despite all the difficulties that it can bring, it is in this way that I try to register. Staying connected despite the isolation of the rural world, discussing your practices, opening up the space of the farm, reflecting regularly on ways to improve and share.
