PEASANT CONCHIGLIA with soft wheat 500G

CONCHIGLIE PAYSANNES are made from SOFT WHEAT flour produced on our farm! 
We make them on the farm with a bronze mold, and we dry them using the traditional method so as to preserve all the benefits of our fresh flour (vitamins, trace elements, proteins, enzymes,...).They are a great Italian classic, and are ideal as an accompaniment to our PURE BEEF BOLOGNESE SAUCE. 
By lodging inside the shell, you will have the impression of filled pasta melting in your mouth. Cooking: 6 minutes (100g/1L of water)
