RUSTIC NOODLES with whole wheat 500G

RUSTIC NOODLES are made from WHOLE WHEAT flour produced on our farm! 
We make them on the farm with a bronze mold, and we dry them using the traditional method so as to preserve all the benefits of our fresh flour (vitamins, trace elements, proteins, enzymes,...)They are a great Italian classic, and are ideal as a side dish, in soup... Cooking: 4 mins (100g/1L of water)
