TRADITIONAL NOODLES with durum wheat 500G

TRADITION NOODLES are made from DURUM WHEAT flour produced on our farm! 
We make them on the farm with a bronze mold, and we dry them using the traditional method so as to preserve all the benefits of our fresh flour (vitamins, trace elements, proteins, enzymes,...) They are a great Italian classic, and are ideal as a side dish, in cooked dishes, in soup Cooking: 7 minutes (100g/1L of water)
