TRADITION TAGLIATELLES are made from DURUM WHEAT flour produced on our farm! We make them on the farm with a bronze mold, and we dry them using the traditional method so as to preserve all the benefits of our fresh flour (vitamins, trace elements, proteins, enzymes,...)We delicately shape them by hand into bird's nests (1 nest = one good eater!)They are a great Italian classic, and are ideal for enhancing your dishes!
