José and Thibault Dassier are the 4th and 5th generation of breeders on the farm, located in the north of Aveyron at an altitude of 750m.
"We decided to embark on the great adventure of direct sales in June 2016, since then we are always looking to offer new products in order to best satisfy our customers.
Our Products are 80% marketed locally, mainly through word of mouth."
Feeding our animals:
"We raise our 86 Limousin cows exclusively on pasture during the summer and on hay harvested during this period, in winter.
The calves are raised on their mother's milk, hay and a non-GMO feed consisting of cereals and vegetable proteins.
Our Products:
"Heifers (young cows that have never had a calf) are bred for up to 24 months.
The meat obtained is pinkish-red, tender and tasty. It is offered at retail in different forms (Fresh Products, Dry Products, Preserves and Terrines).
