Only 30 minutes from Lyon, our farm is located in the foothills of Beaujolais, in the heart of the Pays des Pierres Dorées.
WE WORK IN A TRADITIONAL WAY: to produce fattened ducks with a whole range of cooked and original products (duck lasagna, crème brûlée with foie gras, figs stuffed with foie gras, duck bourguignon...).
OUR DUCKS are raised with us from an early age (1 day), they grow between vineyards and forests on 5 ha of course on grassy and shaded parks
and are fed 100% organic.
WE BREED, FEED AND PROCESS FOIE GRAS AND A WHOLE RANGE OF FRESH AND COOKED PRODUCTS.
