Duck terrine with figs - 180 g

Sweet/savory terrine with the subtle trio of duck, figs and Armagnac. The terrine can be slightly liquid (because no binders are used). Unmold and turn the terrine over and serve in slices as an appetizer or on a salad. Tip for a quick complete dish: serve in small pieces on hot rice, pasta or quinoa or steamed potatoes... The ducks are raised in the open air and fed 100% organic. No use of additives and preservatives
