Marc-Antoine Rabel bought the farm from his grandparents and decided to relaunch the family business in 2019. Passionate and curious, he threw himself into innovation and undertook to launch lockers in direct distribution 24 hours a day to sell his products to the farm. The company is distinguished by 2 activities: breeding and sale of charcuterie & exploitation of the orchards of the farm. He also chooses to launch a new innovative product on the national market, balsamic apple vinegar called Velvet. This innovative and unique product is added to the farm's apple-based products: L'Harmonieux (sweet cider), Le Caractère (raw cider), Le Tumultueux (sparkling apple juice), Le Puriste (apple juice) and 4 seasons (cider vinegar).
