This apple balsamic is THE flagship product of our production of apples from century-old orchards. 1 liter of cider vinegar and 7 liters of apple juice are needed to obtain 1 liter of balsamic. The final nectar (or velvet) composed solely of apples is then obtained by reduction in a cauldron. Flavored, sweet and fruity, it will sublimate with balance your foie gras, your mixed salads just as it will bring liveliness to your fruit salads.
