At La Ferme du Relais, located in Pellevoisin, we cultivate diversified cereals while respecting peasant and organic agriculture.
We transform our harvests on site into flours crushed on a stone mill, into pure sourdough breads cooked in a wood-fired oven, and into cold-pressed oils.
In season, we also produce green and white asparagus with purple heads that we harvest and sort by hand.
In order to maintain the biodiversity and landscapes of our Boischaut, we plant hedges and agroforestry trees in our cultivated plots.
