The Tiret farm is an estate partly classified as a historical monument which had been abandoned for more than 10 years. Since 2021 the farm has risen from the ashes thanks to the development of innovative agricultural and food activities around 3 raw materials: edible insects, Bresse pepper and nettle in all its forms!
