Edible insects - Locusts in a tube, Raspberry & roasted almond chips

Crickets coated with raspberry and roasted almond chips. Our migratory locusts are crispy and their imposing size guarantees an epic experience for the daring. Chef's tips: these 10 fruity locusts can be eaten as they are as appetizers like other crickets and mealworms, but can just as well be used for dessert as a garnish on cakes or cream puffs (and Yule log!). Ingredients & composition: Tubes of 10 locusts coated with raspberry and roasted almond chips, tube of 6.3g min. Ingredients: Dehydrated migratory locusts (locusta migratoria), raspberry puree (90% raspberry puree, 10% sugar), roasted almonds, agar-agar. Allergens: Insects being part of the arthropod family, they can present allergens crossed with crustaceans, mites and spiders. Our farm does not produce migratory locusts, we cook locusts raised by a farmer from Western Europe.
