Edible insects - Tube crickets, dried tomato flavor

After a first wave of flavors with dried tomatoes, you will feel a taste of gray shrimp appear, the natural flavor of crickets, recalling the proximity between crustaceans (seafood) and insects (terrestrial). As a salad garnish, these crickets, high-protein insects, will replace bacon bits and grattons in an unusual way. Tube of crickets cooked with dried tomatoes, 9.5g. Ingredients: Crickets (acheta domestica), dried tomato purée (water, double tomato concentrate, sunflower oil, dried tomatoes (10.7%), salt, sugar, red wine vinegar, garlic, pepper), sesame oil (1.2%). Allergens: Insects being part of the arthropod family, they can present allergens crossed with crustaceans, mites and spiders. We do not produce domestic crickets on our farm, our offered crickets are raised by a farmer in Western Europe before being cooked on our premises.
